- 24x7 network vigilance and level 2 customer support for IP/Data, Voice, Cloud, and Network Security.
- Regular checks, backups, and ensuring infrastructure uptime.
- New service configurations, modifications, and testing.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network and customer issues within TAT.
- Tracking, documenting, and reporting network issues and incidents.
- Coordinating with internal and external partners for network issues.
- Collaborating with technical teams on data network and connectivity issues.
Key Skills & Qualification:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and IP routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, STP, VRF).
- Must have experience handling network infrastructure for L2/L3 services (switches, routers, VPN, wireless, etc.). Experience with Cisco, Huawei, and Mikrotik is preferred.
- Strong experience in Cisco routing and switching, including knowledge of Multicast, QoS, IOS security, and IPv6.
- Able to work independently and as a team player, with high competency in multi-tasking and managing multiple engagements in parallel.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working in shift cycles throughout the year.
- Certification: CCNA/CCNP/HCNA or equivalent.
- Flexible with working in shifts.
