We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
  • Issue Resolution:Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently and to their satisfaction.
  • Order Management:Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and a smooth customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Customer Feedback:Collect customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve products and services.
  • Documentation:Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow-up:Ensure follow-up communication with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are fully satisfied.
  • Team Collaboration:Work with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to address complex customer issues or escalations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role in international compaign.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
  • Graduation or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
