Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
Identify and assess customers's needs to achieve satisfaction
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Assist customers via various channels, resolving inquiries and technical issues promptly
Seek opportunities to improve support processes and products based on feedback
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for analysis and improvement
Communicate technical information and ensure customer needs are understood
Adhere to company policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy
Tasks Assigned by Manager

Skills:

1 or 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar position
Proficiency in WPS (Word & Excel)
Strong communication skills
Active & Fast learner
Ability to relate to customers' frustrations

Qualification:

Must have a bachelor’s Degree
