Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions 
  • Identify and assess customers's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Assist customers via various channels, resolving inquiries and technical issues promptly
  • Seek opportunities to improve support processes and products based on feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for analysis and improvement
  • Communicate technical information and ensure customer needs are understood
  • Adhere to company policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy
  • Tasks Assigned by Manager

Skills:

  • 1 or 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar position
  • Proficiency in WPS (Word & Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Active & Fast learner
  • Ability to relate to customers' frustrations

Qualification:

Must have a bachelor’s Degree
