Cold Calling Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Cold Calling Executive. In this role, you will connect with real estate investors and business owners, building relationships and marketing our existing deals. If you speak good English and have strong communication skills, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to real estate investors and business owners in the U.S. market
Build relationships and engage with prospects, presenting current real estate deals and opportunities
Focusing on marketing existing deals to potential buyers
Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective communication during calls
Document all interactions and manage leads in our system
Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals, ensuring all steps are properly tracked
Stay updated with company offerings and real estate trends to maximize your effectiveness

Requirements:

Female candidates only
Fluent in English, preferably with an American accent or neutral accent
months experience in cold calling
Strong internet and system knowledge, with the ability to handle work-related software and tools efficiently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls
Ability to work during the night shift (6 PM to 4 AM Pakistan time) with a 1-hour lunch break
