About:
We are an NFT technology startup, developing our own groundbreaking NFT products for Asian and North American markets that can scale to millions of users.
Role:
We're hiring a ‘Senior Full Stack Developer’ with leadership experience. He/she will provide full-stack engineering support for our upcoming web/mobile product(s). This position will lend itself to a variety of leadership roles on a short and long-term basis. As we grow, you'll be responsible for training, building out a world-class team.
Responsibilities:
Development:
Develop and maintain the core product.
Planning:
Define requirements, prototype and design decentralized apps on the blockchain.
Make detailed plans and timelines that work towards the fulfillment of set product objectives.
Management:
Oversee the engineering organization on a day-to-day basis.
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate technical employees.
Collaborate with other leaders to ensure successful development, release, and launch of products.
Requirements:
Technical:
Front-end development skills in Javascript, TypeScript, React/Redux.
Back-end development skills in Node.js/Express.js/Mongo.
Experience in Functional Programming.
Rapid prototyping experience.
Technical Leadership:
Experience of shipping multiple major product releases.
Prior team-lead experience in an engineering organization is a must.
Professional skills:
- Polished problem-finding and solution-finding skills.
- Capability to work on tight deadlines.
- Polished communication (written and verbal).
Plus:
Experience with smart contracts and blockchain architecture is a plus.
Knowhow of NFTs and DeFi is a double plus.
Experience with persistent key-value stores like ‘Redis’ is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Experience: More than 6 years of strong experience in server-side engineering and distributed systems
Technology: Blockchain development experience
Location:
Islamabad
Hybrid, i.e. work from office or home, as needed.
