We are seeking a few dedicated Customer Services Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered, and their concerns are resolved with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have good English Communication Skills.
  • Must be confident in handling Inbound and outbound calls (USA Recruitment).
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Should work in the long term.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text messages.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
