We are hiring a Telesales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Communicating with potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Following the procedure for proceeding the sales on CRM.
Follow up with potential customers promptly if necessary.
Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication
Maintain regular attendance and arrive at work on time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must be punctual
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Fluent in English (Listening & Speaking)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Candidates must be passionate about their career, energetic, and committed enough towards his profession.
