Requirements:

  • MBA or MCOM or Masters in any field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred but not required experience:

  • Coordinate property maintenance and inspections
  • Schedule property tours and lease signings
  • Manage the leasing team

  • Assist with market research to maintain competitive rental rates
