We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in the telecom industry, and will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing exceptional support to customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies to walk-in customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Care Representative, preferably with Jazz, Zong, or Telenor. (will be preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
