Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Research, identify, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value for goods and services.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing of requisitions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and compliance with contracts.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement-related documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage and resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, defective goods, or supplier disputes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of market trends and vendor management best practices.
