Position Overview: As the WHMCS Manager for Domain & Hosting at QW HOSTING INTERNATIONAL, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our WHMCS (WebHost Manager Complete Solution) platform. Your primary focus will be on the smooth operation of our domain registration and hosting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing our overall online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
WHMCS Administration:
- Configure and maintain the WHMCS platform to support domain registration, hosting, billing, and client management.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions within WHMCS.
- Monitor system health, resolve technical issues, and ensure uptime.
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance related to domain and hosting services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
Billing and Invoicing:
- Manage billing processes, including invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
- Handle subscription renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
Product Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and launch new hosting packages and domain offerings.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate reports and analytics on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to domain and hosting services.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimizations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in WHMCS administration and management.
- Strong technical knowledge of web hosting, domain registration, and related services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of web hosting industry trends is a plus.
