Manager Business Development

QuWatt Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a seasoned professional as Manager Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and developing business of Solar Panels installation in residential and commercial domains.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyzing market trends and prepare tactical plan to achieve assigned targets
Identify industry & business trends, and customer needs to build short-term to long-term opportunities/pipeline for potential residential and industrial clients.
Execute Demand-Generation campaigns for revenue growth & pipeline generation
Ensure the handling of Key Accounts
Sales Leads Follow up
Responsible for achieving Monthly/Quarterly and Annual targets
Regularly following up with existing clients for portfolio and up-selling activities
Ensure that clients are up-to-date with the latest company offering and product information in both residential and industrial clients.
Ensure that the team timely submits all documents of sale to Finance Team after clearance of payment from accounts
Further, he (or she) will be responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship with clients on behalf of team and organization
Representing the company at networking events
Monitoring budgeted financial performance benchmarks
Supporting marketing, sales, PR, and operations in line with the organization's goals

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Sales preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in sales
