Food / Beverage Manager

They need to ensure that food and beverage quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction meet company requirements. This position requires strong management skills and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department and ensure smooth processes.
Oversee food quality and safety standards and ensure compliance with all health regulations.
Organize and train the food and beverage service team to improve employee skills and service quality.
Develop and implement relevant menus, promotions, and marketing activities.
Work with the purchasing department to ensure that supplies are sufficient and meet quality standards.
Analyze sales data and develop improvement measures to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant work experience, especially in the food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
