We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has a deep understanding of social media trends, especially in the beauty and fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, posts) that aligns with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our brand reach.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for beauty, fashion, or e-commerce brands.
Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in influencer marketing and managing influencer relationships.
Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM as it relates to social media content.
Passion for social media and staying updated with industry trends.

Preferred:

Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
Familiarity with running paid social media advertising campaigns.
