Sales Representative - Inbound

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Centre Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, or scheduling appointments as needed.
Resolving customer complaints or escalations effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling sensitive customer issues.
Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center as a sales Representative role preferred.
Should have an experience of 1 year or more.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Benefits:

Commission + Salary Range (60k-100k) + uncapped commission)
