Overview of the Position:

The primary function of an Overseas Property Consultant is to assist in identifying and connecting with potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting international properties. They will use various online tools and platforms, including real estate websites, to find individuals seeking real estate services. Their main goal is to gather a list of promising leads and support the sales team in converting these leads into actual clients. This role is crucial in expanding the client base and driving the growth of our real estate business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct searches on real estate platforms to find premium properties and analyze market trends.
  • Communicate with landlords and clients to understand their needs and provide market guidance.
  • Create and update property listings on online portals.
  • Generate and manage leads, track communication, and arrange viewings.
  • Facilitate negotiations, prepare contracts, and advise on legal requirements.
  • Promote properties through ads, social media, and open houses.
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Provide property investment advice and assist with legal documents.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills: While excellent English communication skills are preferred, we are open to candidates proficient in other languages, as this role involves interacting with a diverse range of nationalities. The ability to effectively communicate across different cultures and languages will be a valued asset for this position.

Research and Analytical Abilities: We're seeking a candidate who can research independently and think critically. This involves using logic and creativity to identify and evaluate potential leads, ensuring they meet our criteria.

Technical Proficiency: The job requires familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications like MS Office. This means you should be comfortable using computer programs for managing customer information and performing tasks like creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Independent Working: This role requires someone who can work effectively on their own with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to manage their time and tasks efficiently, and comfortable making decisions without constant guidance. This ability to work independently is crucial for success in a remote working environment.

Prior Experience: For this role, experience is critical. We're looking for someone with a basic understanding of the real estate market, as well as experience in lead generation and client interaction.

Education: While a Graduation degree is preferred, this requirement is flexible. Candidates will be evaluated on their experience and overall suitability for the role, with consideration given to those demonstrating exceptional skills and experience.
