- Research potential vendors in the local market.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers for effective decision.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and obtain at least three quotations from the market for pricing for contract conclusion.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to avoid inordinate delays.
- Review quality of purchased products for quality assurance.
- Maintain order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases for record and future reference.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
Maintain and update recovery record to ensure smooth and timely recovery of dues.
