Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to promote and sell our products/services
- Understand customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to secure sales
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Independent and team-oriented work style
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior sales experience preferred but freshers can apply
