We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Associate to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth through outbound calls and emails.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients to introduce our products/services
- Generate new business leads and qualify potential clients
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an outbound sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Must have US English Accent.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience with sales automation tools and dialing systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
