As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and promote the growth of pharmaceutical products of our company within the assigned territory.
- Lead and inspire a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with product launch strategies and market needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Analyze sales data, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to upper management to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex medical information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience: 10 to 12 Years in Pharmaceutical Trading
