You will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours in a week between 04:00 am to 1:00 pm PST.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role
• Be the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with compassionate and efficient support over the phone and through virtual platforms.
• Utilize your exceptional people and communication skills to create a warm and welcoming environment for patients seeking mental health care.
• Take charge of appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination between patients and psychiatrists.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using our state-of-the-art electronic medical record system.
• Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Embrace technology and telehealth platforms, assisting patients in navigating virtual appointments and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• We are looking to assist international clients who provide medical services to patients overseas. You will be the first point of contact when a patient calls the customer service number. Your role will involve providing information about the company, entering appointment data accurately, and ensuring efficient communication. Strong typing skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for all staff in this role. You will be responsible for receiving calls from patients in other countries and setting their appointments from our location.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our telehealth service, providing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
Salary: PKR 125,000/- to PKR 175,000/- per month
