You will be responsible for initiating calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Present and promote our products/services effectively. Identify and understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Achieve and exceed set targets and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
