Rs 35K + 10K Per Site Per Month Rest Depends on Capability
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the progress of all construction activities and submit the Daily Progress Report.
- Must be able to Direct Contractor according to Management plan and timely resolve if any flaw made on site
- Take strict measures of material leakage and wastage.
- Ensure project completion as per the set timelines.
- Review daily construction work and suggest any improvement measures • Verify the quantities and specifications of materials demanded by the contractor – raises RFQs accordingly.
- Maintain materials and equipment inventory in Stock Register.
- Know how of Society Construction Codes, maintain cleanliness on site as per society demand and Maintain copies of all necessary permits on site.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following Method Statements and procedures.
- Maintain an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers.
