We're seeking a talented and experienced SEO specialist to join our team as we embark on an exciting journey of growth. Starting with a focus on UK-based property websites, we aim to expand into a full-service digital marketing agency. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, primarily for property-related websites
- Conduct thorough website audits and keyword research
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, and internal linking
- Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to the UK property market and related sectors
- Build and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link-building and local SEO
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
- Collaborate with UK-based team members and clients
- Be prepared to adapt strategies for potential expansion into related industries
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on the property or real estate sector
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of UK market and culture is a plus
- Experience in related industries such as home services, construction, or general local business SEO is advantageous
