PKR. 40,000 - 45,000/Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Helpdesk Assistance: Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls for IT assistance and escalate issues as needed.
- System Maintenance: Support in the maintenance and monitoring of computer systems, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Software Installation and Configuration: Assist in installing and configuring software applications and updates.
- User Training: Provide basic IT guidance and support to end-users for software and equipment usage.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient asset management.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Assist in regular data backup and recovery processes under the supervision of senior IT staff.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 0-1 year of IT support experience, internships, or part-time roles in IT will be considered.
Salary: 40,000- 45,000
