We are seeking talented professionals who can contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and infrastructure.
Assist in the configuration and optimization of network systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
Collaborate with the IT and network teams to resolve technical issues and improve service quality.
Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all tasks.
Provide technical support to customers and resolve service-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Telecom, or Mechanical.
Proven experience in a similar role within the telecom industry.
Strong knowledge of telecom equipment, network systems, and relevant technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Willingness to work in shifts and on-call as required.
