Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver compelling training content for group sessions.
  • Develop voice-over scripts and oversee training manuals (hard/soft copies, videos).
  • Collaborate with the Training & Development (T&D) team to align programs with company standards.
  • Strategize and execute the training calendar (monthly and annually).
  • Conduct Training Need Assessments (TNA) to bridge organizational skill gaps.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize the training budget.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and operations for both internal and external training programs.
  • Organize materials and certificates while ensuring accurate training records.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in HRM, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years in consultancy, education, or corporate training.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and animations.
  • Creative prowess for engaging content conceptualization.
  • Strong command of English and Urdu.
