Excellent understanding of GSM/UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
Should have good knowledge and experience in Radio Network improvements.
Identify network issues, analyze degraded KPIs, and implement action plans for improvement.
Continuously improve network performance indicators.
Must have a good understanding of Ericsson parameters.
Must have a good knowledge of Ericsson KPI formulas.
Must have a good knowledge of Network features.
Must have good knowledge of BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM.
Be able to study and implement new features in the network as per customer requirements.
Implement network optimization solutions and propose solutions in accordance with customer complaints.
Must have experience in network optimization for event assurances.
Should be skilled at transferring knowledge to junior team members.
Demonstrate ownership and readiness to dedicate time as per network and customer requirements.
10+ years of experience as a Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer.
