Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and ensure compliance on decided deliverables of the Customer Service team
  • Submission of report to Line Manager on decided deliverables
  • Ensure Customers complaints orderly
  • Ensure all documents are kept in relevant files and organized as per company standards Coordination with team, Line Manager, and other department heads

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelors
  • Experience: 0 to 6 Months
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Location: Gulberg 2, Lahore
