• To perform, knife skills basic cutting.
  • Knowledge of deep frying, Shallow frying & stir frying.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
  • Must have knowledge of Assembling orders
  • Must of knowledge of Cold Garnish & basic cooking techniques
  • Must develop and follow the HACCP principles to assure safe preparation
  • Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
  • Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals
  • Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
  • Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
  • Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary
  • Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies
  • FIFO follow-up in daily operation.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Matriculation or above
  • Minimum 01- 02 Years relevant experience
