We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound inventory, processing RMAs, handling local and international shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Inventory Management: Manage inbound and outbound inventory, maintain accurate stock lists, and report on inventory status.
RMA Processing: Process and execute Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) with vendors.
Shipment Handling: Coordinate and handle local and international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery.
Rates Negotiation: Negotiate rates and manage logistics for shipments through FedEx, DHL, and freight forwarders.
Documentation: Prepare necessary export/import and local shipping documents, including packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, Shipper’s Letter of Instruction (SLI), and more.
Timely Deliveries: Ensure that all deliveries are made to the end user within the committed time frame.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing shipping and customs documentation.
- Experience with international shipping and handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
