Telesales Executive / Call Center Agent

Telesales Agent is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to inform them about products and services, answer queries, and persuade them to make a purchase. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of products or services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through company offerings.
Sales and Targets:
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Convert leads into sales through effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
