Telesales Agent is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to inform them about products and services, answer queries, and persuade them to make a purchase. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls:

    • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Introduce and explain the benefits of products or services to potential customers.
    • Identify customer needs and provide solutions through company offerings.
  2. Sales and Targets:

    • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
    • Convert leads into sales through effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the company's products, services, pricing, and promotions.
    • Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
  4. Reporting and Feedback:

    • Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
