Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and delivering successful hiring outcomes.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS software, and sourcing platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
