- To run a full cash flow assessment on the potential clients
- To carefully select the client on the basis of repayment capacity
- To size the loan according to the clients ability as per the policy guidance
- Experienced in EMI unsecure lending
- Expected collection rate 99%
- Relationship building and monthly follow up with clients over a period of 12-24 months
- Strong sales skills required (we don’t necessarily need experienced credit officers, we need experienced sales people who can learn on the job)
