Prime Mart is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead and manage daily operations at our grocery store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth while managing a team of staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Manage and train store employees to ensure productivity and professionalism.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Handle cash management, billing processes, and store budgets.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
