Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing customer SaaS CRM systems and web interfaces, particularly in a startup environment. This role requires someone who is adept at selecting and implementing the right technology solutions to build a robust service industry platform that includes customer records, job reports, and user experience integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain a customer-centric SaaS CRM platform.
Create responsive and intuitive web interfaces that enhance user experience.
Select and implement the most suitable technologies and frameworks to build a scalable and efficient platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and performs optimally.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the platform remains current and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically in building SaaS CRM platforms and web interfaces.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Expertise in back-end development using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

Understanding of web security best practices and data protection.

Experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non[1]technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

Familiarity with modern development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.

Understanding of service industry requirements and workflows.
