Manage end-to-end billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Oversee and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes effectively.
Analyze billing data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to streamline billing workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulatory standards.
Prepare and present detailed billing reports and summaries for management review.
Implement and maintain billing systems and software for optimal performance.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior billing staff to enhance team productivity.
Monitor and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) related to billing timelines and accuracy.
Address client inquiries related to billing and provide exceptional customer service.
