Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Council
- Proven experience in animal health and welfare
- Strong knowledge of livestock diseases, treatments, and preventative care
- Experience in farm management and animal husbandry
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive veterinary care to livestock, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative measures
- Managing animal health records and implementing disease prevention programs
- Overseeing farm operations and ensuring optimal animal welfare
- Consulting with farmers and providing guidance on animal husbandry practices
- Participating in research and development activities related to livestock health
