Heading the sales department and implementing the organization’s sales plan
Assisting in the development of the sales plan and strategies
Leading a team of Sales Managers and executives, setting up their targets and monitoring their KPIs
Ensuring targets are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives and ensuring target achievement
Providing complete visibility of sales targets, sales forecasts, sales pipelines, projections and performance to the top-level management
Helping sales manager close deals
Executing sales performance-based incentive/commission policies
Ensuring implementation of leads management system
Coordinating with other departments for sales support functions
Coordinating with external sales partners
