We are seeking a talented it support officer who installs, configures, and maintains servers, networks, and other it infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
- Perform regular backups, manage disaster recovery plans, and ensure data security.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, providing technical assistance and support.
- Apply updates, patches, and security protocols to protect against vulnerabilities.
- Document system configurations and create standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess and implement IT needs.
- Optimize IT systems and network operations for efficiency and reliability.
Education:
BS / BE Degree in Computer Science or in a related field from a recognized University.
2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Server platform, Active Directory, ISA Server, and Hardware/software clustering.
