We are looking for an individual who can handle all aspects of web development, from the front-end user interface to the back-end server-side logic and database integration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:

Develop scalable, robust, and user-friendly web applications from conception to deployment.
Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
Front-End Development:
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and interactive user interfaces.
- Implement front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to enhance user experience.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize for mobile devices.

Back-End Development:

Develop server-side logic using PHP and other back-end languages.
Design and implement databases using MySQL and other database technologies.
Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.

WordPress Expertise:

Proficiently work with WordPress themes and plugins, including custom development and integration.
Optimize WordPress performance and security.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Write unit tests and conduct integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with designers to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements and Skills

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
Strong understanding of MySQL and other database technologies.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
Proven track record of building and deploying web applications independently.
Experience with agile development methodologies.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or equivalent experience.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
