Collaborate with department heads to compile reports on their respective activities.

Regularly update the CEO on departmental progress and achievements.

Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO to branches and team leads, ensuring timely completion.

Executive Support:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide assistance to the CEO in various administrative and operational tasks.

Departmental Oversight:

  • Supervise the functionality of the Departments' Learning Management System (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Assist departments in addressing issues related to LMS and ERP, providing necessary support and training

Management Guidance:

  • Responsible for the overall monitoring and training of the Departments .i.e. Management, CCR, and IMM for LMS portal.
  • Must ensure all branches are following all required SOPs on LMS for students’ admissions handling.
  • Must ensure coordination with all branches and will provide all kind of support and counseling as per queries and requirements.
  • Must ensure that the LMS portal is working as per SOPs and meet the deadlines for overall deployment as per assigned schedule.
  • Responsible for LMS direct reporting to CEO/Director on a monthly basis.
  • Will supervise the progress on LMS portal.
  • Will coordinate with LMS/ERP team/Developers for any kind of issues or resolution.
  • Conduct weekly branch visits to assess and guide management teams on operational matters.
  • Provide guidance on management operations, recovery processes, admission handling, and other relevant areas.
  • Eforce and communicate company policies, including dress code, to ensure a cohesive work environment.
  • Will be responsible for Overall LMS/ERP implementations, changes, coordination with Departments or LMS/ERP developers team.

Ad Hoc Assignments:

  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Address and resolve issues that may arise within departments or teams.
