Sales & Branch Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning of the IT training services.
  • Manage and maintain branch infrastructure, including classrooms, training materials, and technology.
  • Coordinate scheduling of classes, workshops, and other events for students.
  • Ensure that all internal processes and procedures are followed, meeting company standards.
  • Supervise branch administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, student feedback, and report generation.
  • Maintain records of student progress, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for IT training programs (both short-term and long-term).
  • Develop and execute sales plans to promote training programs and attract new students.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, educational institutions, and corporate clients to expand the customer base.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, including corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, explain course offerings, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to boost sales and brand visibility.

3. Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff, including trainers, counselors, and administrative personnel.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews to ensure employees meet professional and sales targets.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle staff recruitment, training, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure adequate staff training to deliver effective IT training sessions and customer service.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for students, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through personalized support, regular follow-ups, and addressing issues.
  • Collect feedback from students to improve the quality of training programs and overall branch operations.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on branch sales performance, student enrollment, and overall growth.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data, branch performance, and student feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience: 5 Years sales Experience required

Salary:  50k to 60k
