Seeking a proficient End-user Support Key Expert dedicated to revolutionizing the support and assistance provided to users navigating software applications. We are currently looking for an experienced End-user Support Key Expert to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Operational/MIS Team to provide prompt and reliable technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth navigation of software applications and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding end-user needs and prioritizing effective support and assistance.
  • Providing technical support via various channels to address user inquiries and issues.
  • Diagnosing and resolving software-related problems, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assisting end-users in optimizing software usage and navigating applications effectively.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance end-user proficiency.
  • Creating and maintaining user documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborating with software developers to communicate end-user feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Staying updated with software updates and changes to inform end-users.
  • Monitoring user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in software deployment and rollout phases.
  • Documenting support processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing technical support and assistance to end-users.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and familiarity with software development processes.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software-related issues.
  • Experience with user training and documentation.
