Design, implement, and manage the organization's IT systems, including servers, storage, operating systems, virtualization, and backup solutions.
Manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving system-related issues, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.
Implement and enforce security measures, policies, and procedures to protect against cyber threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access.
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, group policies, and domain controllers for seamless authentication and access control.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and external partners to implement technology projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Manage network configurations, VLANs, subnets, routing tables, access control lists (ACLs), and DHCP/DNS services
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
