Role & responsibilities

Payroll and Reimbursements:

Process monthly payroll for staff.
Manage reimbursement processes.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Bill Payments and Tax Submissions:

Oversee timely payment of bills and invoices.
Handle tax submissions, ensuring they are done on time.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Identify and address any discrepancies.

Manage Accounting Transactions:

Handle all accounting transactions related to PMC\\\\\'s UK operations.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with UK accounting standards.

Tax-Related Matters:

Handle UK tax-related issues, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced accountant who will oversee the management of these company accounts and payroll remotely. You must be someone who has experience preparing and / or filing uk company accounts.

We currently employ a bookkeeper, however, you will be managing and assisting our bookkeeper with ensuring the accurate reconciliation of all our accounts.
