REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (Photoshop is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle technical issues and improve editing workflows
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality outputs
- Experience in fast-paced video editing
- Experience in managing editors, including answering questions, handling complaints, and resolving issues
- Track record of training editors and ensuring they meet KPIs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit videos with a fast turnaround time
- Manage editors, ensuring efficient workflow and quality outputs
- Track and train editors to maintain high standards and meet KPIs
