We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Floriculture Specialist to join our team in Bhurban. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Floriculture and have a passion for plants, flowers, and sustainable gardening practices. If you have a keen interest in the floral industry and are ready to contribute to the growth of our green spaces, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, maintain, and manage floral plants and arrangements.
- Implement and manage sustainable gardening practices.
- Assist in plant propagation, planting, and harvesting techniques.
- Monitor plant health and take corrective measures for pests, diseases, or other issues.
- Advise on proper care and maintenance of floral displays.
- Work closely with the team to design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various projects.
- Maintain inventory of flowers, seeds, tools, and other gardening materials.
Qualifications:
- A diploma in Floriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of flowers, plants, and gardening techniques.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in floriculture
