You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will engage directly with potential customers, sell our delivery services, and work towards achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • This job includes field visits. Have the ability to work in the field. 

  • Contacting and identifying potential leads within the target market.

  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of leads for sales

  • Selling the platform to the leads

  • Achieving sales targets and converting leads into clients.

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Providing feedback to the management team for strategy refinement and improvement.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and goals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proven track record of success in sales is a plus

Base Salary: PKR 40,000 per month + Performance-based commission can be up to PKR 50,000
