We are seeking a OTA - Web Project Manager to lead the final development phases, oversee the platform's launch, and ensure its ongoing enhancement and security post-launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Website Development and Maintenance:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance user engagement.
- Ensure regular updates and maintenance to guarantee optimal website performance and security.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Establish and enforce quality standards for web projects.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
- Provide regular project updates and address any concerns promptly.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve website functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience as a Web Project Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing web development projects from conception to deployment.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of web security protocols and best practices.
Project Management Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to project management.
Salary: PKR 70,000 to PKR 80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
